Digitisation: from paper and spreadsheets to connected systems

We move manual work into connected digital systems in stages, starting with the processes that cost you most.

We connect the systems you have, add the ones you need, including Salesforce, get you ready for e-invoicing, and add AI agents where they pay for themselves.

What we digitise

The same six moves come up in almost every growing company. We start with the one that costs you most.

  • Paper, PDFs and email attachments

becomes Data your systems can use, read by a document intake agent and checked

  • Customer details in inboxes and spreadsheets

becomes One CRM your sales and service teams share

  • Steps done by hand and chased by email

becomes Workflows that run themselves, and tell a person when they need one

  • Spreadsheets that do not agree

becomes One source of figures, with reports you trust

  • Systems that do not talk to each other

becomes Connected systems, through their own interfaces and open standards

  • Servers in a cupboard

becomes The cloud, set up securely, with Cyber Essentials as a baseline

Assess, plan, build, run

Fixed prices for the first two steps, so you know what you will get before you commit to the build.

  1. Assess

An AI readiness assessment: how work flows today, where your data lives, what it costs you, and the risks, with a costed plan.

    Fixed price

  2. Plan

A roadmap in stages, starting with the processes that cost you most and pay back soonest.

    Fixed price

  3. Build

Each stage built, connected and moved over with your team, without stopping the business.

    Fixed price per stage

  4. Run

We run and support what we built, and add AI agents where they pay for themselves.

  • Your data moved in, cleaned and de-duplicated.
  • Web forms and enquiries routed straight into the right queue.

Integration

  • Salesforce connected to your finance, support and data systems.
  • Our own agents working in Salesforce, through its interfaces and MCP.
  • One view of each customer, across sales, service and billing.
  • Integrations monitored and supported once they are live.

When does e-invoicing become mandatory?

In the UAE from January 2027 for the largest businesses, in the UK from April 2029, and between EU countries from July 2030, with several EU countries already requiring it at home. We get your invoicing, accounts and systems ready before your date.

  • United Kingdom

Making Tax Digital for Income Tax began in April 2026. E-invoicing is planned to be required for all VAT invoices between businesses, and to the public sector, from April 2029.

AI agents, where they pay for themselves

Once work runs through connected systems, agents can take on set tasks in it, with a person approving what matters.

See our AI agents
  • Document intake. Forms, letters and PDFs read into your systems, with checks.
  • Finance operations. Supplier invoices matched to orders, and exceptions flagged.
  • CRM data quality. Duplicates and gaps found and fixed.
  • Customer service. Routine questions answered by chat and email, and the rest passed to your team.

Questions people ask

Do we need to digitise before we use AI agents?

Usually some of it. Agents need data they can read and systems they can act in. The readiness assessment shows what has to come first, and what can start now.

Can you work with the systems we already have?

Yes. We keep what works, connect it, and replace only what holds you back.

Are you a Salesforce partner?

We set up and integrate Salesforce for clients, and we will tell you plainly which parts need a Salesforce licence and which need a specialist partner.

How is it priced?

The assessment and the plan are fixed-price. Each stage of the build is fixed-price, agreed before it starts. Running it afterwards is a monthly service.
