## Biography

Ben has been instrumental in driving strategic business growth for a vast array of multinational companies, helping them increase their exposure and foothold in some of the fastest-growing economies in the world. As founder of Cavendish Group International in 1998, Ben established a platform through which companies across industry could expand their export activities to rapidly emerging economies such as Brazil, Russia, India and China (BRIC), contributing significantly to their growth. His next significant career development was to head the team at Emsworth Corporate Planning, where he was responsible for raising substantial inward investment and supporting the business in becoming a Government endorsing body for the Innovator visa scheme, further demonstrating his commitment to enabling growth through international investment and policy alignment.
