## How we work

- **Real work, not demos**: Our AI completes tasks in production. We would rather show you than tell you.
- **Safety and privacy designed in**: Clinical safety and privacy are part of the design from the start, not added later.
- **Proof over promises**: We publish how things work, and point to evidence people can check.
- **Clinicians and engineers side by side**: Our clinicians sit with our engineers, not in a separate review queue.
- **Candour and courtesy**: We say plainly what is ready and what is not, and we treat people well while we do it.

## Our story

1. September 2023
   Gateway Global is founded in London.
2. 16 May 2025
   Prime Assist launches publicly at Dentistry Show UK, at the NEC in Birmingham.
3. 2026
   Gateway Global files three UK patent applications.
4. 2026
   We submit written evidence to the House of Lords Science and Technology Committee.
5. 2026
   Gateway Global is longlisted for the Global Innovator Awards.
6. September 2026
   We publish the Prime Edge AI technology brief.
7. Now
   Averra, our digital health twin, is in development.

Omid Arbab, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, leads the company. Omid has been a technology entrepreneur since 2014; his first company grew into a Microsoft partner.

The team is engineers and clinicians working side by side, with board advisors in finance and law.
